Onlay is operated by Curaclear Inc. DBA Onlay AI (“Onlay,” “Curaclear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern the Onlay text messaging program. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive the messages described below at the mobile number you provide.

Program Description

Onlay sends low-volume text messages requested by recipients, including account-related alerts, requested notifications, and customer-care replies. We do not send messages unless the recipient has affirmatively consented. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Eligibility and Changes

You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. We may update or discontinue the messaging program or these terms as permitted by law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
